Job summary

Ethos is seeking an experienced FP&A manager to help train AI-powered document, spreadsheet, and slide tasks. You will build rolling forecasts, variance bridges, and driver-based models for a growing company, delivering board-ready P&L decks and monthly flux memos.

This remote, part-time role offers flexible 5–20 hours per week, starting ASAP. You will apply expert-level document and presentation skills, with strong written communication and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in FP&A or corporate finance building rolling forecasts, variance bridges, and driver-based operating models.
• Track record of producing board-ready p&l decks and monthly flux commentary memos that finance leadership can present without rework.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.
