Job summary

Ethos, a new expert network backed by top investors, is partnering with a leading AI lab to hire experienced senior finance managers. You will own FP&A processes, craft executive reporting, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across monthly reviews, forecasts, variance analyses, and board materials.

This fully remote role offers $80/hour, with a flexible commitment of 5–20 hours per week (more if desired) and an ASAP start date.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in FP&A with ownership of executive or board reporting.
• Deep expertise in variance storytelling, financial exhibits, and business review materials.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.
