Job summary

Ethos is seeking a finance business partner to support the training of AI-generated presentations and slide decks. You will apply FP&A expertise to build, evaluate, and refine monthly reporting packs, bridges and waterfalls, headcount and opex exhibits, and scenario analysis pages.

The role is fully remote with flexible 5-20 hours per week and an ASAP start. Strong PowerPoint craft, attention to detail, and excellent written communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in FP&A, business finance, or commercial finance at a significant company
• Strong expertise in financial charting, bridges/waterfalls, and reporting packs
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Help train AI-driven presentations and slide decks
• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated financial decks for monthly reports and commentary
• Develop bridges, waterfalls, and headcount/opex exhibits for finance reviews
