Job summary

Ethos is seeking a director-level FP&A professional to help train AI models on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. The role focuses on forecasting, modeling, and producing board-ready outputs with exceptional accuracy and clarity.

Flexible, remote engagement of 5–20 hours per week, ASAP start. Must have 5+ years in FP&A or corporate finance, with a proven track record of high-quality dashboards and memos for finance leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in FP&A or corporate finance building rolling forecasts, variance bridges, and driver-based operating models for a growing company.
• Track record of producing board-ready p&l decks and monthly flux commentary memos that finance leadership can present without rework.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create and refine AI-driven FP&A outputs for professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
• Develop rolling forecast models, variance bridges, and driver-based operating models for board-ready presentations.
• Prepare memos and decks detailing monthly performance, scenarios, and sensitivities for finance leadership.
