Job summary

FenwayX in London is seeking a Consultant for its delay team to work remotely on international construction projects, delivering high-quality, data-driven work products. You will process data into findings, produce chronologies and Gantt charts, support client communications, and present results both in writing and orally.

The role also includes mentoring junior team members; requires 2+ years in construction, a construction-related degree, and proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Primavera

Qualifications

• Over two years of relevant construction industry experience, preferably international.
• Degree-level education in a construction-related field such as Construction Management or Quantity Surveying.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint and familiarity with Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Experience presenting findings and communicating with clients.

Responsibilities

• Process data into clear findings and deliver discrete analyses.
• Develop chronologies and Gantt charts to illustrate project delays.
• Assist with client communications on project matters.
• Manage sections of analysis with clear data presentation.
• Present findings in writing and orally to internal stakeholders.
• Mentor more junior team members.
