Job summary

A leading specialist claims consultancy based in London is seeking an experienced Delay Analyst to join their team. The successful candidate will focus on forensic delay analysis, working on complex construction projects while utilizing tools like Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project. Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years' experience as a construction project planner, engineer, or project manager.
  • Strong capability in using planning software to extract and present delay-related information.
  • Good knowledge of standard forms of construction contract.
  • Understanding of construction contract principles and delay-related legal issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Forensic investigation and analysis of project delays.
  • Prepare prospective and retrospective delay analyses.
  • Present delay findings with detailed programmes and structured reports.
  • Develop baseline programmes for new construction projects.
  • Prepare or defend extension of time claims.
