Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a planner, engineer, or project manager.
Strong capability in planning software to present delay-related information.
Good knowledge of standard forms of construction contract.
Responsibilities
Forensic investigation and analysis of project delays.
Preparation of delay analyses and review of technical documentation.
Presentation of delay findings through detailed reports.
