Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in construction or related delay analysis roles.
• Preferred: delay expert witness experience.
• Degree in a construction-related field required.
• International experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage analysis for work streams within medium to large projects.
• Produce written report sections drawing conclusions from analysis.
• Oversee day-to-day workflow and tasks of team members.
• Present findings in writing and orally to clients or stakeholders.
• Assist with project budgets and timelines.
• Mentor junior colleagues and help prepare training materials.
• Deliver presentations to external audiences.
