Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in delay analysis and construction project planning.
• Strong understanding of NEC and JCT contracts.
• Ability to prepare and defend extension of time claims.

Responsibilities

• Conduct forensic investigations of project delays.
• Prepare delay analyses for various construction projects.
• Create and monitor construction programmes.
• Draft reports for dispute resolution processes.
