Optasia Group is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist for a 12-month fixed-term contract, based in the UK or Athens. This delivery-focused role requires proactive sourcing, end-to-end recruitment, and the ability to recruit across international markets, with a particular focus on Africa.

You will partner with hiring managers, build strong pipelines, and drive technical hiring across engineering, data, and AI/ML teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of in-house or agency recruitment experience
• Strong track record in technical hiring and international markets
• Experience recruiting across Africa
• Proven headhunting and direct sourcing capabilities
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication

Responsabilités

• Lead full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement.
• Drive technical hiring across engineering, data, DevOps, AI/ML.
• Proactively headhunt and source for hard-to-fill roles.
• Use Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards.
• Build pipelines across international markets, especially Africa.
• Partner with managers to define requirements and coordinate interviews.
• Maintain ATS records and provide timely pipeline updates.
• Support offer management and negotiations.
• Monitor progress and keep vacancies moving.
