Qualifications

• 10+ years leading full-cycle technical recruiting across engineering functions.
• 5+ years leading and developing high-performing recruiting teams.
• Deep knowledge of the EMEA talent market, UK/Poland/Spain experience preferred.
• Strong executive presence with ability to influence senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters, setting expectations and building an inclusive culture.
• Own the recruiting strategy for EMEA, aligning hiring plans with business priorities.
• Partner with technical and cross-functional leaders to translate hiring plans into scalable strategies.
• Influence stakeholders with data, market insights, and proactive risk mitigation.
