Job summary

IN2 Consult is recruiting a Management Accountant on a permanent basis. The role suits newly qualified or finalist ACCA/CIMA accountants, with responsibility for monthly management accounts and financial analysis in a growing, tech-enabled business. The position is 95% remote with occasional travel to the South East office.

You will partner with budget holders, maintain balance sheet reconciliations, manage month-end processes and produce timely reporting packs for senior management.

Qualifications

• Newly qualified or finalist ACCA/CIMA accountant.
• Experience preparing monthly management accounts in a commercial environment.
• Strong understanding of balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, prepayments and month-end processes.
• Excellent Excel skills and ability to analyse large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts and deliver reporting packs.
• Maintain balance sheet reconciliations with audit trail.
• Manage month-end accruals, prepayments and journals.
• Provide variance analysis and business partnering with budget holders.
• Support ad hoc reporting and finance projects.
