Job summary

Pickle is seeking a learning content designer to shape and deliver enterprise-grade training content. You’ll translate complex product and service information into clear, usable assets for a global donor ecosystem, with a focus on sales enablement and customer enablement content.

You’ll collaborate with learning, design, and product teams, applying AI tools to outline, draft, and refine assets while ensuring accuracy, tone, and brand alignment across all deliverables.

Qualifications

• Proven experience creating learning/enablement content for Enterprise or B2B audiences.
• Strong writing and editing craft with clarity, structure, tone, and narrative flow.
• Comfortable with Google Workspace (Docs/Slides) and collaborating across teams.
• Confident using AI tools in a professional content workflow from outlining to refinement.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex client narratives, products, and use cases into engaging learner content.
• Build narrative flow and asset structures to keep learners oriented and motivated.
• Create diverse content: slide decks, infosheets, job aids, playbooks, scripts, demos, visuals.
• Develop developer/technical enablement assets such as guides and onboarding materials.
• Apply adult learning principles for clarity, relevance, practice, feedback, and reinforcement.
