Job summary

Quadmark is seeking a Content Creator to translate complex client inputs into compelling learning content across instructional design and strategy. You will develop narratives, ensure brand alignment, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, learner-focused outputs.

You will craft sales enablement content, e-learning scripts, job aids, and technical onboarding materials while maintaining accuracy and usability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience creating learning/enablement content for Enterprise/B2B audiences.
• Strong writing and editing craft: clarity, structure, tone control, narrative flow.
• Confident turning complex technical content into accessible outputs.
• Comfort working within Google Workspace (Docs and Slides).
• Strong collaboration habits and proactive communication.
• Confident co-working with AI tools in a professional workflow.

Responsibilities

• Translate client narratives, products, and use cases into engaging, learner-friendly content.
• Create a wide range of content types: slide decks, learner assets, playbooks, scripts, and on-screen content.
• Develop developer or technical enablement assets and onboarding materials.
• Apply adult learning principles for clarity, relevance, practice, and feedback.
• Validate AI-assisted outputs for accuracy, tone, inclusivity, and brand alignment.
