Job summary

Pickle seeks a growth-focused leader to own user acquisition, activation and retention across a portfolio of products. You will design growth into the roadmap, not bolt it on afterwards, and work directly with the Head of Product to drive product-led growth.

You will build and lead growth motions, run rapid experiments, and orchestrate lifecycle programs across email, SMS and push to convert peak moments into habitual, year-round engagement.

Qualifications

• Hands-on growth leadership in a product-led environment.
• Proven ability to build growth motions across acquisition, activation and retention.
• Strong analytical approach with trackable experiments and data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own user acquisition, activation and retention across a product portfolio.
• Design growth loops and product-led campaigns in collaboration with Product and Engineering.
• Lead experimentation engine with fast, test-driven decision making.
• Manage lifecycle orchestration across email, SMS and push to convert users into habitual customers.
