Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior operations leader to run the day-to-day Financial Planning back office. You will coach two Team Leaders in South Africa, drive SOPs, quality frameworks, and risk controls while improving service levels and efficiency.

• Strong Financial Planning operations experience with back-office focus.
• Proven ability to develop and embed standard operating procedures.
• Experience creating and managing quality assurance frameworks.
• Track record of improving service delivery and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of Financial Planning back office operations.
• Remotely manage and coach two Team Leaders located in South Africa.
• Set clear performance expectations and promote accountability across teams.
• Develop, maintain and embed standard operating procedures for workflows.
• Design scalable processes to support changing volumes and needs.
• Review quality checking frameworks and monitor outcomes to drive improvement.
• Ensure regulatory requirements and risk controls are met in operations.
• Collaborate with UK and South Africa stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Lead operational improvement initiatives and support change implementations.
• Report to the Deputy Head of Client Servicing.
