Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a Field Team Manager - Loss Adjusting Services to lead a team of fee-earning Loss Adjusters across a designated area. The role blends leadership with hands-on claims management to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients, brokers and policyholders.

You will review reports, provide technical guidance, and ensure performance against KPIs while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and service levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a team of Loss Adjusters, driving performance against operational and financial targets.
• Conduct regular one-to-ones, performance reviews and appraisals to support employee development.
• Partner with technical leaders to identify coaching, training and development opportunities.
• Personally manage a portfolio of claims, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
• Provide technical guidance and act as escalation point for complex claims.
• Review and approve reports, ensuring accuracy and quality standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers and policyholders.
• Monitor workloads and ensure claims progress aligns with SLAs and objectives.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, high-performing team culture.
