Gallagher is seeking a Field Team Manager - Loss Adjusting Services to lead a team of fee-earning Loss Adjusters across a designated area. The role blends leadership with hands-on claims management to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients, brokers and policyholders.

As a Field Team Manager - Loss Adjusting Services, you will oversee the performance of a team of fee-earning Loss Adjusters within a designated geographical area.
This role combines leadership, technical expertise, and hands-on claims management to ensure outstanding service delivery to clients, brokers, policyholders, and assessors. You will manage performance against key KPIs, provide technical guidance, review reports, and foster strong relationships with stakeholders through effective communication.
This is a remote working role, with travel as and when required.
