Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a specialist claims area.
• Experience handling complex property claims, including losses over £100,000.
• Strong understanding of building practices and regulations linked to reinstatement work.
• Ability to plan, prioritise, multi-task and deliver within deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead Major Loss Field Adjusters to manage domestic property claims (£50,000–£250,000).
• Oversee operational/technical elements: quality, estimating, cost control, and customer service.
