Gallagher Bassett is seeking a Field Team Manager – Loss Adjusting Services to lead a remote team across the designated area in the UK. You will oversee performance, provide technical guidance, and manage complex claims with a focus on service excellence.

Are you ready to lead and inspire a team of Loss Adjusters while delivering exceptional claims management services?
As a Field Team Manager – Loss Adjusting Services, you will oversee the performance of a team of fee-earning Loss Adjusters within a designated geographical area.
This role combines leadership, technical expertise, and hands-on claims management to ensure outstanding service delivery to clients, brokers, policyholders, and assessors. You will manage performance against key KPIs, provide technical guidance, review reports, and foster strong relationships with stakeholders through effective communication.
This is a remote working role, with travel as and when required.
