Job summary

Parkside Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Field Service Engineer in the London area, covering the M25 corridor. The role involves remote-based servicing and installing water purification systems for clients, with travel across West London.

You will be the technical backbone, ensuring service quality and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate has an HNC or equivalent in engineering/science, 2+ years hands-on field experience, and strong problem-solving and customer communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum HNC or equivalent in Engineering or Scientific discipline.
• 2+ years' hands-on engineering experience.
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and adapt to different client sites.
• Experience with field service or installation is a plus; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission lab water purification systems at client sites.
• Perform regular maintenance and servicing to ensure reliability.
• Diagnose and repair issues to minimise downtime.
• Validate and calibrate equipment to industry standards.
• Provide customer training and after-sales support.
