Job summary

Mansell Recruitment Group is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service water treatment equipment across the UK and internationally. This home-based role includes a company vehicle and fuel card, with travel as required.

You will diagnose, install and commission RO systems, deionisers, filters and water softeners, while building strong relationships with customers and on-site personnel. Ensure reports are completed and safety standards observed.

Qualifications

• Qualified electro-mechanical engineer with a multi-disciplinary background.
• Experience in water treatment or related technical field is advantageous.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Service and maintain water treatment equipment at UK and overseas sites.
• Develop and manage relationships with customers and on-site personnel.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues in the field and via remote support.
• Install and commission equipment as required.
• Produce service reports using Microsoft Word.
• Support that aligns with commercial and technical specifications.
• Contribute to service improvements and maintain high customer care.
• Adhere to health and safety policies.
• Pursue learning and skill development.
