Job summary

Tunstall UKI is seeking a Field Service Engineer to deliver high-quality repair and maintenance services for various products, including fire and nursecall systems, in customers' homes across Merseyside. The role emphasizes excellent customer relations and technical proficiency.

Ideal candidates will have an electrical/electronic qualification, a valid UK driving license, and experience with fire systems, with a focus on safe, professional service and adaptability to field conditions.

Qualifications

• Electrical/Electronic qualification at NVQ Level 2 or equivalent.
• Full Category B UK driving license (for manual vehicles).
• Experience of testing Fire Systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair a range of electrical/electronic products in customers' homes.
• Provide high-quality repair and maintenance service, professionally and efficiently.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer relations and interpersonal skills with diverse customers.
