Job summary

Tunstall is seeking a Field Service Engineer to join the team in the Birmingham area. The role involves visiting customers in their homes to service and maintain a range of electrical/electronic products, with a focus on safety and quality.

Ideal candidates have an NVQ Level 2 in Electrical/Electronic fields and a full UK category B driving license, plus strong communication and problem‑solving skills. The role emphasizes teamwork, time management and the ability to work in varied environments.

Qualifications

• An Electrical/Electronic qualification at NVQ Level 2 or equivalent.
• Full Category B UK driving license (for manual vehicles).
• Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Good problem solving and analytical skills.
• Able to demonstrate effective team working.
• Effective time management and planning skills.
• Comfortable working at heights and/or in confined dusty spaces.
• Experience of working with the elderly or vulnerable.

Responsibilities
