Job summary

Tunstall Healthcare (UK) is recruiting a Field Service Engineer to join our team and provide high-quality repair and maintenance service for a range of health and care technology products in customers' homes. The role is remote and covers the Bristol area.

You will demonstrate strong communication, solve problems, and safely install, test and service equipment such as emergency lights, sensors, and related devices while keeping the customer informed.

Qualifications

• Electrical/Electronic qualification at NVQ Level 2 or equivalent.
• Full Category B UK driving license (for manual vehicles).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to solve problems and analyze faults.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site repairs, maintenance and testing of health and care technology products.
• Interact with customers in homes or care settings with professionalism and empathy.
• Diagnose faults, replace parts, and verify proper operation of equipment.
• Maintain accurate service records and ensure safety standards are met.
