Job summary

Tunstall is seeking a Field Service Engineer to deliver repair and maintenance services across a defined UK region, including Newark, Lincoln, Mansfield and Worksop. You will handle Electrical/Electronic systems in customer sites with a focus on safety and quality.

Ideal candidates will have field engineering experience with electrical/electronic products, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote role while providing outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Proven field service engineering experience with electrical/electronic equipment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for customer-facing roles.
• Ability to manage time and plan effectively in a field environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform repair and maintenance on a range of products including Emergency Lights, Fire Systems and similar electrical/electronic equipment.
• Provide high-quality service to customers in homes and businesses in the Newark/Lincoln/Mansfield/Worksop area.
• Demonstrate safe working practices and comply with company policies.
