Job summary

Tunstall is seeking a Field Service Engineer to join our team and deliver high-quality repair and maintenance for a range of products in customers' homes across the Bristol area.

You will work remotely to support vulnerable customers, demonstrating excellent communication and ensuring safe, reliable operation of life-changing health tech solutions.

Qualifications

• Electrical/Electronic qualification at NVQ Level 2 or equivalent.
• Full Category B UK driving license (for manual vehicles).
• Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Good problem solving and analytical skills.
• Able to demonstrate effective team working.
• Effective time management & planning skills.
• Comfortable working at heights and/or in confined dusty spaces.
• Experience of working with the elderly or vulnerable.

Responsibilities

• Provide repair and maintenance services for a range of products.
