Job summary

Recruitment Helpline Ltd currently seeks a Nursecall Field Engineer to service and install nurse call systems across the North of England with some semi-national travel; based in the South of England preferred. You’ll work hands-on with wireless and wired nurse call technologies, troubleshoot networks, and install new hardware in care settings.

The role requires a full UK driving license, DBS Basic disclosure, fluent English, and the right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Must have strong nurse call experience with wireless capability preferred.
• Able to troubleshoot Android devices and Windows systems in a healthcare setting.
• Familiar with IP networking and data cabling for nurse call installations.

Responsibilities

• Test nursecall system functionality and fault-find issues.
• Set up display screens and call points to replace faulty units.
• Provide on-site training on system functionality.
• Install new peripherals and accessories on nurse call systems.
• Install new nurse call systems and run data cables as needed.
• Investigate Wi‑Fi or IT faults and support network infrastructure.
