Job summary

Tunstall Healthcare (UK) is seeking a Field Service Engineer to deliver repair and maintenance services for a range of health and care technology products. This role is remote and based in Merseyside, requiring strong interpersonal skills and a background in electrical/electronic field work.

You will work with Warden/Nursecall systems, access control, and related devices, visiting customers in their homes while upholding safety and service quality standards.

Qualifications

• Electrical/Electronic qualification at NVQ Level 2 or equivalent.
• Full UK driving license (Category B)
• Experience of testing Fire Systems.
• Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Good problem solving and analytical skills.
• Able to demonstrate effective teamwork.
• Effective time management & planning skills.
• Comfortable working at heights and/or in confined dusty spaces.
• Experience of working with the elderly or vulnerable.

Responsibilities

• Provide field service, repair and maintenance of home-based equipment for customers, including vulnerable to elderly occupants.
• Test and commission Warden/Nursecall systems, dispersed alarms, door entry and access systems, and related electrical/electronic products.
• Represent the company professionally with customers in their homes and ensure high service standards.
