DNA Payments Group is recruiting a Trainee Sales Representative to join the DNA Sales Academy. You will visit SME businesses within an assigned postcode area, conduct face-to-face outreach, and complete structured training with coaching to progress to a Business Development Consultant.

Graduation at month six depends on performance and CRM accuracy. A clear career path through the academy leads to higher levels, with uncapped revenue share and a realistic £50k OTE in the first year.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and able to work independently in the field.
• Resilient and comfortable with rejection.
• Coachable and willing to apply feedback.
• Reliable, punctual and prepared.

Responsibilities

• Complete all product, compliance, systems and sales training.
• Manage and develop your assigned territory on a daily basis.
• B2B cold calling (75+ door knocks daily once fully active).
• Target SME businesses with annual card turnover of £50,000 - £7.5m.
• Identify merchant needs and promote DNA Payments, EPOS and Zash solutions.
• Efficiently manage your CRM and pipeline of opportunities to achieve expected conversions.
• Work towards 1 self-generated sale a day (20 per average working month).
• Target clients with monthly £50+ net revenue to achieve monthly targets.
• Successfully complete customer applications and support customers through to live and transacting.
• Work with internal teams to deliver products and ensure excellent customer experience.
• Apply coaching and feedback and demonstrate continued improvement.
• Maintain attendance, punctuality, activity, administration and professional conduct.
• Be present on daily huddle calls.
