Job summary

Subway Group is seeking a Field Development Manager to drive franchise growth in Germany. This remote role focuses on identifying new leads, negotiating deals, and guiding multi-unit owners to expand the Subway system.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to secure sites, manage onboarding, and support partners to scale. A strong background in real estate, franchise sales, and project management is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, finance, economics, real estate or related field preferred.
• 2 to 6 years’ experience in a franchise business, preferably QSR.
• Strong negotiation and commercial awareness.
• Excellent project management and goal-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and secure new franchise leads and locations across Germany.
• Support franchisee onboarding and maintain relationships with MUOs and landlords.
• Attend franchise sales events to recruit multi-unit owners and drive growth.
• Develop tools and dashboards to monitor growth readiness and partner performance.
• Collaborate with Head of Field Development to raise awareness of franchising opportunities.
