Job summary

Simple Online Healthcare is hiring a Senior Growth Manager to drive German growth from strategy to commercial outcomes. This remote UK-based role focuses on profitable scale across paid media, SEO, CRM and lifecycle marketing, with a P&L ownership and executive-level communication.

You will build forecasting, attribution, and performance dashboards while leading a German growth team and ensuring alignment with board strategies and market regulations.

Qualifications

• Significant digital growth or performance marketing experience with leadership ownership.
• Proven track record scaling D2C or telehealth businesses into revenue growth.
• Experience owning unit economics: CAC, LTV, payback and margins.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own German growth P&L including revenue, CAC, LTV and payback targets.
• Define and deliver growth strategy for Germany with channels and experiments.
• Lead paid search, social, SEO, CRM, lifecycle marketing and CRO.
• Build attribution, reporting and forecast infrastructure for CAC and contribution.
• Develop and manage the German growth team and report to leadership.
