Job summary

Subway is seeking a Manager Franchise Performance to support the UK & Ireland team. You will coach and measure performance across a portfolio of franchisees, shaping strategies for sales, traffic, costs, and profitability while aligning with brand standards.

The role requires strong relationship building, strategic thinking, and hands-on leadership across multiple stores. Travel to sites and collaboration with HQ are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Business Analysis, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
• 5+ year multi-site restaurant experience (20+ units) or 3 years large format food retail leadership preferred
• Franchising knowledge and experience is desirable
• Strong commercial with financial acumen and market awareness
• Valid UK driver's license and right to work in the UK (no sponsorship)

Responsibilities

• Consistently evaluate assigned portfolio to determine opportunities and drive profitability.
• Conduct periodic business reviews to celebrate achievements and set future directives.
• Educate, motivate, and influence franchisees on sales building, local marketing, and operations to improve profitability.
• Ensure brand standards and initiatives are communicated across all stores in the portfolio.
• Develop relationships with franchisees and HQ to support growth and portfolio effectiveness.
• Provide guidance on equipment/design decisions for new/relocated stores and assist with openings and transitions.
