WEC Group is recruiting a Business Development Manager for Sherburn Metalwork to drive new business and nurture existing customers across the UK region. The role will own the territory, identify opportunities through cold calling, networking, trade shows, and lead generation, and build relationships with decision-makers.

You will develop regional sales strategies, deliver compelling presentations, and forecast sales performance while contributing to profit growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience achieving £1m+ annual sales targets (B2B in engineering).
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Experience in welding/fabrication environment is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Own the territory and drive business development across the region.
• Identify and win new opportunities through cold calling, networking and lead generation.
• Build relationships with decision-makers and senior contacts; deliver compelling sales presentations; quote new opportunities.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and produce forecasts and reports.
• Develop regional sales strategies and promote products/services across the WEC Group.
