Job summary

Talent Network Partners Ltd is seeking a Personal Injury Fee Earner for a private Leeds-based legal firm. You will manage a caseload of RTA Fast Track claims and litigated matters, guiding files from pre-litigation through to settlement with clients and counsel.

The role requires at least 2 years of experience in RTA Fast Track and litigated claims, strong organisational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office is beneficial.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience handling a caseload of RTA Fast Track claims.
• 2+ years' experience handling litigated claims.
• Strong work ethic and dedicated professional.
• Knowledge of MOJ Portal or OIC advantageous.
• Excellent organisational skills and workload prioritisation.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to independently manage a caseload and settle files.
• Good written and spoken communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of Fast Track claims; Multi Track experience desirable but not essential.
• Handle general call queries and participate in team communications (Claimant and Third Party).
• Instruct medical experts and review medical evidence.
• Review Claimants losses and vehicle-related losses.
• Assess liability and prospects of each case.
• Draft witness statements on behalf of the Claimant.
• Attend conferences with Counsel.
