Qualifications

• Experience managing your own caseload of RTA pre-litigated claims.
• Good understanding of the CPR and litigation processes.
• Qualified Solicitor or CILEX with practising rights would be desirable.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume caseload of RTA pre- and post-litigated non-portal claims, progressing to settlement or transfer.
• Own the client relationship to optimise outcomes.
• Handle complex liability disputes with minimal supervision.
• Assess quantum by reviewing medical reports and researching case law for multi-site injuries.
• Draft schedules of special damages and assess awards for pain, suffering and loss of amenity.
• Negotiate with third parties to secure best settlement figures.
• Draft Court proceedings, manage direction questionnaires, and prepare documents for disclosure and hearings.
