The successful candidate will have prior experience with RTA pre-litigated claims, strong CPR knowledge, and be able to work independently as well as in a team, with excellent communication and negotiation skills. Hybrid working arrangement offered.

Qualifikationen

• Experience managing your own caseload of RTA pre-litigated claims.
• Strong understanding of CPR and litigation processes.
• Qualified Solicitor or CILEX with practising rights desirable.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• Proficiency with case management software and MS Office.
• Independent and team-based work mindset.
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally.

Aufgaben

• Manage a high-volume caseload of RTA pre- and post-litigated non-portal claims.
• Maintain client relationships to optimise outcomes.
• Assess liability, review medical reports, and research case law.
• Draft schedules of damages and assess awards for pain, suffering and loss of amenity.
• Negotiate settlements and identify litigation opportunities.
• Draft court proceedings, handle directions and disclosures, coordinate with Counsel/experts.
