Job summary

Tagvenue is launching Concierge, a hands-on service for organisers planning larger events. We are seeking our first Event Booking Specialist to be the face of Tagvenue Concierge for clients, handling inbound inquiries and shaping how the service operates as it grows.

This inbound role avoids cold calling, offering the chance to build end-to-end event solutions, negotiate with venues, and establish lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience with events or venues, hospitality, or venue-finding is valued.
• Strong English communication, both spoken and written, with client-facing skills.
• Organised with a commercial mindset, comfortable handling multiple enquiries.

Responsibilities

• Own every Concierge enquiry from first call to confirmed booking.
• Shortlist venues and present strong options, including off-menu choices.
• Negotiate deals with Venue Managers within client budgets.
• Arrange site viewings and move events toward final booking date.
• Build relationships to grow recurring revenue from repeat events.
• Work toward a monthly target of confirmed bookings.
• Shape playbooks and processes for future team members.
