FIRST, a leading global brand experience agency, seeks a Venue Sourcing Manager to oversee venue sourcing for meetings and events, including site selection services and RFP submissions via Cvent. The role focuses on client satisfaction, accurate contract review, and effective negotiation to meet event objectives.

Limited domestic travel is required. Join a dynamic team delivering cost-efficient, compliant venues across multiple projects and locations worldwide.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience with venue sourcing and meeting planning, preferably in an agency/financial or consulting setting.
• Strong knowledge of Cvent eRFP and budgeting modules.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide site selection services for meetings and events.
• Develop and submit RFPs via Cvent.
• Review venue contracts and client addendums for accuracy; negotiate terms where applicable.
• Negotiate space, rates, costs, concessions and contract terms.
• Manage budgets, track cost savings, and report as required.
• Collaborate with planners on pass-off of events after sourcing/contract phase.
