Job summary

Talentsure is seeking Customer Service Representatives for an immediate August start on a temporary project based in Ringwood, Hampshire, with hybrid working options.

The role involves handling Inbound and outbound communications to coordinate a safety recall of automotive parts, with enhanced late-shift pay and a home-working setup for the 3:00pm–12:00am BST schedule, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in customer service, call centres, helpdesk, or outbound coordination.
• High accuracy when recording sensitive client information and part numbers.
• Able to work from home during evening shifts with strong performance.
• Immediate availability for an August start.

Responsibilities

• Contact automotive facilities, dealerships, and installers to notify them of recalls.
• Handle inbound queries from trade partners and consumers.
• Collect and record end-client contact details accurately.
• Explain safety procedures and verification steps to ensure swift recalls.
• Build professional rapport with trade partners to enable quick compliance.
