Aggreko is seeking a Product Technical Support Manager to lead our technical support desk across Europe. The role focuses on delivering timely, high-quality technical support, ensuring compliance with EU regulations and optimizing solution sizing for various product portfolios.

You will drive a culture of data-driven decision making, introduce AI-assisted tools and self-service options, and work with sales and operations to meet performance targets.

Qualifikationen

• Experienced technical leader with strong background in power, temperature control or industrial equipment solutions.
• Knowledge of EU regulatory frameworks (F-Gas, PED, PSSR).
• Experience managing teams across multiple locations and driving performance.

Aufgaben

• Own timely delivery of technical support across the business.
• Triage, measure and act on support needs to enable growth and revenue.
• Serve as SME for product compliance and regulatory alignment.
• Support safe, compliant operations across product and accessories.
• Support optimisation tools to ensure correct solution sizing and confidence.
• Introduce AI tools and self-service support to improve speed and accuracy.
• Build technical knowledge and support product education and issue resolution.
