Job summary

Aggreko is seeking a Product Technical Support Manager to lead our European Technical Support Desk, driving timely, high-quality technical support across operations and sales communities with a focus on product support, compliance, and solutions compatibility.

You will own delivery, triage needs, act as SME for product compliance, and support safe operations across the portfolio. The role emphasizes AI-enabled tools, self-service support, and cross-team knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading technical support teams across multiple locations.
• Knowledge of EU compliance frameworks (F‑Gas, PED, PSSR).
• Strong background in power, temperature control or industrial equipment solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own the accurate and timely delivery of technical support across the business.
• Triage, measure, review and act on support needs to enable growth and revenue targets.
• Act as the SME for product compliance, ensuring alignment with EU and local regulations (F‑Gas, PED, PSSR).
• Support safe, compliant operations across our product and accessory portfolio.
• Support optimisation tools to ensure correct solution sizing and strengthen technical confidence across the business.
• Introduce AI tools and self-service support models to improve speed and accuracy of technical assistance.
• Build technical knowledge across teams, supporting product education, application development and early-life issue resolution.
• Drive customer satisfaction by addressing feedback, improving solution sizing and promoting low-emission technologies.
