Aggreko in Europe is seeking a Product Technical Support Manager to lead our Technical Support Desk, delivering timely, high-quality technical support across operations and sales with a focus on product support, compliance and solutions compatibility.

You will drive the support strategy across Europe, guide cross-functional teams, and leverage AI-enabled self-service tools to improve speed and accuracy while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Experienced technical leader with power or industrial equipment background.
• Knowledge of EU compliance and regulatory frameworks (F‑Gas, PED, PSSR).
• Experience managing teams across multiple locations.
• Ability to lead through change and maintain engagement and performance.
• Commercially aware, supports sales and operations to meet targets.
• Data-driven with experience using digital tools and analytics.

Aufgaben

• Own accurate and timely delivery of technical support across the business.
• Triage, measure, review and act on support needs to enable growth and revenue targets.
• Act as SME for product compliance with EU/regulatory alignment.
• Support safe, compliant operations across product and accessory portfolio.
• Support optimisation tools to ensure correct solution sizing and confidence building.
• Introduce AI tools and self-service support models to speed and accuracy.
• Build technical knowledge across teams, supporting product education and early-life issue resolution.
• Drive customer satisfaction by addressing feedback and improving solution sizing.
