Job summary

Thrive Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead a large ERP programme for a public sector client in the UK. You will oversee end-to-end delivery across Finance, Procurement, HR and Payroll using Oracle Fusion Cloud, driving governance, risk management and benefits realization.

You will report to the client Steering Group and SRO, coordinating a large multi-disciplinary team, ensuring quality, time and cost are managed and all milestones are met on plan.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale ERP programmes.
• Proven delivery across end-to-end ERP lifecycles in public sector.
• Strong governance, reporting and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated programme plan, milestones and dependencies.
• Coordinate workstreams across Finance/Procurement, HR/Payroll and IT.
• Set up governance and Steering Group reporting for senior leaders.
• Manage client and SI delivery against scope, cost and schedule.
• Lead a large, mixed team of council staff, consultants and suppliers.
• Oversee change, benefits tracking, go-live readiness and BAU.
• Control programme finances, RAID and change, with auditable records.
• Deliver financial reporting and margin against the SOW.
