Job summary

Understanding Recruitment seeks an ERP Programme Manager to lead a team of Project Managers delivering a varied portfolio of technology, ERP and business change initiatives.

You will lead and develop a team of six Project Managers, improving capability, governance, planning and budgeting across the function, while working with Oracle Fusion Cloud and/or Oracle R12 experience to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong programme and project delivery experience across a portfolio of concurrent technology, ERP and business change initiatives.
• Proven experience leading, mentoring and developing Project Managers, with the ability to improve team capability and delivery performance.
• Experience implementing or improving project delivery methodologies, governance, processes and ways of working.
• Strong ERP transformation experience, with Oracle Fusion Cloud and/or Oracle R12 experience highly desirable.
• Experience managing third-party technology vendors, delivery partners and complex stakeholder relationships.

• Strengthen governance, planning and budgeting across the team.
