Morgan Law in South London is seeking an Oracle Programme Delivery Director to lead a major ERP transformation and unify delivery and BAU support under a single technical authority. The role is fixed-term (12-18 months) with responsibility for stabilising and future-proofing the Oracle Fusion platform across Finance, HR, Payroll, Procurement and Shared Services.

Significant leadership experience delivering Oracle Fusion ERP programmes in complex organisations.
Expertise across Finance, HR, Payroll, Procurement, and integration architecture.
Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and uplift BAU capability.

Responsibilities

Lead the delivery, optimisation, and enhancement of Oracle Fusion across all functional areas.
Integrate the ERP Programme Team and the Oracle Support Team into a single, high-performing function.
Act as the organisation's authoritative Oracle expert, reducing reliance on external partners.
Strengthen governance, risk management, and benefits realisation across the ERP portfolio.
Ensure the platform supports compliant, efficient, and future-focused Shared Services operations.
Provide leadership maternity leave cover for the Oracle Support team
