Ventula Consulting Ltd. in London seeks an experienced Oracle Technology Lead for a 12-month, outside IR35 contract. The role focuses on delivering a major ERP transformation using Oracle Fusion Cloud, with hybrid London work and regular travel to Paris and Brussels.

You will define the technical architecture, lead the integration workstream, and assess legacy ERP environments. Governance is centered on security, performance, environments, testing and release management.

Qualificações

• 10+ years' experience across ERP tech and transformation programmes.
• Strong Oracle Fusion Cloud Apps experience with 2+ ERP/HCM implementations.
• Led technical architecture and integration on large ERP transforms.
• Knowledge of Oracle Fusion integrations: REST/SOAP, OCI, HDL, FBDI.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion extensibility: Visual Builder Studio, Redwood, clean-core.
• Understanding Oracle Fusion reporting: OTBI, BI Publisher, Fusion Data Intelligence.
• Experience with legacy ERP environments: Oracle E-Business Suite / Dynamics NAV.
• Vendor evaluation and tender support for client-side implementations.
• Excellent stakeholder management with senior tech leaders and SIs.
• Oracle Fusion Cloud certifications.

Oracle Technology Lead – £750–£800p/d (Outside IR35) – London / Hybrid

A leading international organisation is seeking an experienced Oracle Technology Lead to support a major Finance, HR and Procurement transformation programme, centred around the implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.

This is a senior, client-side technical leadership role, responsible for defining the technical architecture, integration strategy and implementation requirements ahead of a large-scale ERP transformation.

• Location: London (King's Cross) – Hybrid, with regular travel to Paris and Brussels
• Duration: 12 Months

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical workstream for a major Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and HCM transformation programme.
• Define the target technical architecture, integration strategy and technical standards.
• Assess existing ERP environments, including Oracle E-Business Suite and Microsoft Dynamics NAV, identifying legacy integrations, customisations and reporting requirements.
• Establish integration approaches using APIs, middleware, events and bulk data migration.
• Define technical requirements covering security, performance, reporting, environments, testing and release management.
• Develop technical specifications and tender documentation for prospective implementation partners.
• Support vendor selection, technical bid evaluations and implementation planning.
• Establish technical governance and design authority across the programme.
• Identify opportunities for automation and AI within Finance, HR and Procurement processes.

Key Requirements

• 10+ years' experience working across ERP technology and transformation programmes.
• Strong Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications experience, including at least two ERP/HCM implementations, with one delivered as Technical Lead through to go-live.
• Proven experience leading technical architecture and integration workstreams on large-scale ERP transformations.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion integrations, including REST/SOAP APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud, FBDI and HDL.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion extensibility, including Visual Builder Studio, Redwood and clean-core principles.
• Understanding of Oracle Fusion reporting technologies, including OTBI, BI Publisher and Fusion Data Intelligence.
• Experience working with legacy ERP environments, particularly Oracle E-Business Suite or Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
• Previous experience supporting client-side implementation tenders, technical requirements gathering and vendor evaluations.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage senior technology leaders, architects and systems integrators.
• Oracle Fusion Cloud certifications.
• Oracle AI Agent Studio and automation.
• Integration with Salesforce, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Concur or other enterprise platforms.
• Experience within transport or similarly complex international organisations.
