Job summary

Consult in London seeks an Oracle Cloud Programme Director to lead a long-term finance transformation on Oracle Fusion Cloud. You will own end-to-end delivery, from governance and budget through to go-live, acting as the senior link between executives, finance leadership and delivery partners.

Qualifications

• Proven track record directing large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP programmes (Financials essential; EPM, Procurement or HCM advantageous)
• Extensive programme and portfolio management experience with strong budget/control
• Senior stakeholder management with CFO/CIO credibility

Responsibilities

• Own overall delivery of the Oracle Fusion Cloud programme, including scope, timeline, budget, benefits realisation and go-live readiness
• Set up and run programme governance, including steering committees, risk and issue management, and executive reporting
• Manage and align system integrators, internal workstreams and third-party vendors across ERP, EPM, integrations and data
• Act as the senior point of contact for finance leadership and executive sponsors, translating business needs into delivery priorities
• Lead change management, cutover and post-go-live stabilisation, driving process simplification and adoption

• Own overall delivery of the Oracle Fusion Cloud programme, including scope, timeline, budget, benefits realisation and go-live readiness
• Set up and run programme governance, including steering committees, risk and issue management, and executive reporting
• Manage and align system integrators, internal workstreams and third-party vendors across ERP, EPM, integrations and data
• Act as the senior point of contact for finance leadership and executive sponsors, translating business needs into delivery priorities
• Lead change management, cutover and post-go-live stabilisation, driving process simplification and adoption

Skills Required
