Job summary

Reed Technology is seeking an Oracle Programme Delivery Director for a fixed-term contract in London. The role leads Oracle Fusion ERP delivery across Finance, HR, Payroll, and Procurement, unifying the ERP programme and support teams into a single high-performing function.

The successful candidate will drive governance, risk management and benefits realisation, ensuring the ERP platform is robust, scalable and value-driven for Shared Services. Onsite 3 days/week in Croydon.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering Oracle Fusion ERP programmes in complex organisations.
• Strong leadership across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Proven governance, risk management and benefits realisation.
• Experience managing vendors and reducing external dependencies.
• Ability to uplift BAU capability and align with strategy.
• Excellent communication translating technical detail to business clarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery, optimisation, and enhancement of Oracle Fusion across Finance, HR, Payroll, and Procurement.
• Integrate the ERP Programme Team and Oracle Support Team into a single high-performing function.
• Act as the authoritative Oracle expert, reducing reliance on external partners.
• Strengthen governance, risk management, and benefits realisation across the ERP portfolio.
• Ensure ERP platform supports compliant and efficient Shared Services operations.
• Provide leadership and cover for the Oracle Support team during maternity leave.
