Job summary

Flexera in the United Kingdom is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own relationships with Enterprise customers deploying multiple Flexera solutions across Cloud and On-Premises, guiding value delivery throughout the lifecycle.

You will drive quantifiable outcomes, renewals, and expansion opportunities, coordinate with product, sales and support teams, and translate technical capabilities into business value for C-level stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Background in software asset management, customer success and/or consulting with a value-based approach.
• Experience managing relationships with enterprise customers and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to translate technical details into business value for executives.

Responsibilities

• Help top strategic customers realize quantifiable value and renew contracts.
• Identify churn risk and develop mitigation strategies.
• Identify expansion opportunities for upsell and cross-sell with Sales.
• Act as account owner to ensure renewal and expansion with Flexera functions.
• Maximize product adoption and manage customer escalations.
